Grayson Murphy took a risk at putting her happiness first and it has paid off in a big way! Not only has she found joy again in her running, but she is happy in her life. Oh, and she has just catapulted into the top ranks of mountain runners in the US and worldwide! On her Instagram account she posted that her 2019 goals were, “Make an Olympic/World Champ team and win an American title. And/or feel fulfilled and successful with my running career overall.” Goals reached!

XTERRA World Trail Running Championships, Kualo Ranch, Hawaii.

In her debut race at the USATF Mountain Running Championships on September 29th she left the field behind her and earned her first championship of 2019. Seven weeks later she joined her US teammates at the World Mountain Running Championships in Argentina, crossing the finish line in first again, winning her second championship in as many races. Onward to Hawaii, and nine days later wins the XTERRA Trail Run World Championships. Three championship races in 8 weeks. Three wins. Extraordinary! We are so proud of you, Grayson! We can't wait to see what adventures you will have in 2020!
